Contacted by insurance to investigate a leek in shower room. The suspected source of the water ingress was a crack in the shower tray causing damage to the flooring and shower walls.
We visited the caravan and met the owner to discuss the problem areas and plan the repairs. We then prepared an estimate which was sent to her Insurance Company for authorisation.
Once authorised to carry out the repair, we ordered all the relevant materials (made to order) and scheduled the job.
We then made arrangements with the owner to attend and carry out all the repairs which included the removal and replacement of her shower cubicle and new flooring.
