We were contacted to estimate damage caused by a leak in the kitchen area of this caravan and to assess the extent of the damage.
We arranged a site visit to investigate both the cause and resulting damage of the leak. After close examination it was found that the floors were damaged and required replacing this included removing and replacing the kitchen units and seating. The floor and floor coverings were replaced and seating refitted, the kitchen units were repaired where necessary and refitted.
“After discovering extensive water damage to our holiday home, Hoggs Leisure Ltd were contacted via the holiday park. A representative came to see us the next day and after inspection of the damage, reassured us that although the damage looked really bad, it could be repaired.
Hoggs then dealt directly with our insurance company, taking all the hassle and worry away from us. Once the repairs were authorised they worked around our commitments. Once work commenced further damage was found and Stephen Hogg dealt directly with the Insurance company having further repairs authorised before breaking the news to us.
All repairs were carried out to the agreed schedule, to the highest standard and have been followed up by excellent aftercare.
